Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss one of most popular and successful Country Musicians born on July 23, 1971 in Decatur Illinois in the US. LeAnne Kymes was also among the two most recent Grammy Award recipients. Alison Maria Krauss, born 23rd July 1971, is an American singer and musician. She was a teenager when she made her debut in the music scene, having won local contests at the age of 10 old, and recorded her first album when she was 14 years. When she was 14, she joined Rounder Records and in 1987 released her debut solo album. In 1989, she was invited to join Alison Krauss & Union Station with whom she performs.
